Keith Thomas • President & CEO

Keith Thomas is a proven entrepreneur and was most recently CEO of Vector Innovations, which was backed by a number of well-regarded venture firms and successfully exited. He has led a number of large-scale projects, restructuring companies in 3 countries at New York-based Tandon Capital, managing strategy and operations projects at Booz Allen & Hamilton and completing corporate finance transactions at Citibank in the US and Europe. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a Governor of the University of Toronto. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University, an M.A. in Economics and a B.A.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Darren Anderson, PhD • Chief Communications Officer & VP Regulatory

Darren Anderson, PhD was the founding President of Vive Crop Protection and is a member of Vive's Board of Directors. Dr. Anderson previously was Vive's Chief Technology Officer and oversaw the development of Vive's AllosperseTM Delivery Technology, which was Highly Commended for Best New Formulation Innovation at the 2012 Agrow Awards. Dr. Anderson currently leads Vive's regulatory affairs and communications activities, and successfully obtained regulatory approval for the first products containing Allosperse with the US EPA. He is the author of 13 issued patents, 44 pending applications, 10 refereed papers, and over 40 conference presentations and publications. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Toronto as an NSERC Doctoral Fellow.

Flavio Campagnaro, PEng • Chief Supply Chain Officer

Flavio Campagnaro has over 15 years' experience in process design, manufacturing, and project management. He was a key member of the team that successfully completed permitting, design, construction, and commissioning of a $30 million state-of-the-art environmental facility. At Vive, Mr. Campagnaro assembled a pilot plant that demonstrates the scalability of our core technology. These examples highlight his diverse engineering and project management abilities. Mr. Campagnaro earned his B.A.Sc. from the University of British Columbia and is licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario.

Skip Campbell • Chief Commercial Officer

Skip Campbell focuses on the overall strategic direction of the company, exploring new opportunities and developing relationships with customers and partners. Most recently, he spent five years with Innovation Advisors, a Boston-based investment bank executing M&A and private placement transactions in a variety of high-tech industries. Mr. Campbell was one of Vive’s first employees, and has also worked in venture capital and consulting. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and B.A. in Economics from Williams College.

Paul Thomson, PhD • VP Product Development

Paul Thomson, with 27 years in the Ag Business, is focused on overseeing the Product Development activities at Vive Crop Protection. Dr. Thomson held a variety of R&D and Business Development positions at Chemtura Corporation and Arysta LifeScience, most recently as the European Director of R&D for Arysta. With his broad experience in Crop Protection R&D Dr. Thomson’s will be responsible for expanding the utility of our technology to expand Vive’s product portfolio of innovative solutions for the Ag Industry. He holds a Doctorate in Chemistry and an M.B.A. from McMaster University.

Ken Yoon • CFO and VP Corporate Development

Ken Yoon has 18 years of experience advising, consulting, financing, investing in and building innovative companies. Mr. Yoon is responsible for financial management at Vive Crop Protection, oversees all legal activities and focuses on commercialization activities. Mr. Yoon spent five years with one of the largest and most active venture capital firms in Canada, and has board and audit committee experience. Prior to venture capital, he held several positions at Ernst & Young, notably as a co-founder of a multi-disciplinary business advisory providing consulting services to growth companies. Mr. Yoon is a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, a Law Degree from Queen’s University and a B.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario. He is also the corporate secretary and a council member at the Royal Canadian Institute and is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for contribution to the advancement of sciences.

Tony Zatylny • VP Business Development NAFTA Region

Tony Zatylny, with 32 years of commercial experience in Ag Business, is focused on developing and executing the business development and marketing activities for Vive Crop Protection in the NAFTA region. Most recently Mr. Zatylny spent four years as Director of Marketing for AMVAC Chemical Corp., following a role as Global Product Manager for Arysta Life Science. With his broad industry experience Mr. Zatylny’s primary responsibility will be working with customers and partners to position and support Vive’s products. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture (Plant Science) from the University of Manitoba.
